If you do not use our help-desk do not get angry if you do not get a response. All inquires made to our help desk will be answered within 48 hours (normally much quicker)

I am a current client and have a question about my articles who do I contact?

If you are a current client your author can most likely help you with any article related problems or questions. For any question or problem you have that your author can not help you with you must submit a ticket through our help desk.

I would like to hire Reitred And Writing to write content for me but I am looking for a custom solution that does not fall into your available packages. What do I do?

We have done many custom jobs for clients and can most likely help you out. Just submit a ticket via our help desk with your question and we will get back to you right away.

I am a current customer and need the link to login to the client backend to communicate with my author?

If I order articles from you today how long will they take to be completed?

Since we take our time with your articles and do not rush through them we might take a little longer then other services. Most orders will be completed in 7-10 days. If you have a large order it could take a bit longer but your author will always let you know a estimated time frame.
